Eleftheria Plexi Leather Sandal Loop. A minimal design and discreet model with a playful modern twist. Loop briaded sandals are elegantly embellished and fit for summer.

The sandals are inspired to preserve the authentic shoes worn in ancient Greeks and to cater for those hot summer days.

Handmade in our Pagonis Greek Sandals workshop in Naxos using 100 % leather, you can opt to customize this model in a different color or leather type. Drop us an email and we will be more than happy to help you.

Customize: Choose between 25 different colors or type of leather (Vachetta | Nubuck | Fur | Fabric) | Custom make your own unique Pagonis Greek Sandals.
Fabrication: 70% Cow Leather, 30% Rubber.
Full Grain Leather for Natural Vachetta, Top Grain Leather for Nubuck.
Non-chemical process.
Bottom sole: Rubber EVA. 8mm Rubber provides better traction
Heel height: 2cm.
Available in full sizes, go up the nearest whole size for half sizes.
Leather sandals straps and soles will get softer with time and wear.
Natural color leather gets tanner with wear and sun exposure.
Larger sizes are available on request.

Order Processing time

Items that are marked as "in stock" take about 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse in Naxos, Greece. Items that are not in stock will need to be manufactured and may take about 2-4 business days to be made, processed and shipped from Naxos, Greece.

We do get quite busy especially in the summer months but we will try our best to take you with us through the journey but during busy periods, we may not be able to post stories.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using express shipping postal service with tracking details. You will receive a tracking number for your order once we have processed it and it has been picked up by our courier.

International

We work with DHL express for fast and reliable international shipping. Our average shipping times vary depending on the location. Below is a guide on the estimated shipping time:

Europe: 2 - 5 business days
USA: 4 - 10 business days
Rest of world: 5 - 10 business days

Greece

For orders within Greece, we work with Speedex for fast and reliable nationwide shipping. The average shipping time is between 1 - 3 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if the items have not met your expectations, we are here to help. You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of items and arrange for an exchange or refund. The exchange or refund must comply with our return policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or used and undamaged with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Items must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

As leather is a natural product, do take necessary care when trying your purchases. We recommend cleaning and drying your feet to prevent stains on the leather. We are unable to accept any returns that do not meet our guidelines.

Returning your purchase

To return your purchase, send us an email at [email protected]. Include the order number found on the invoice and provide us the details of the products you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get in touch with you soonest possible, usually between 1 – 3 business days. We can schedule a pickup with DHL Express using our business account to help with the return. However, we are unable to offer free returns and customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Alternatively, you may use your own local postal service to return the products. You will be notified via email once the return has been received and checked by our team.

Exchanging your purchase

If you choose to exchange the items, our customer care consultant will be in touch with you via email. Additional shipping costs are:

Europe: 15 Euros
Rest of world: 25 Euros

Refund your purchase

Refunds will be credited to the payment method of your original purchase. The time taken to process the refund varies between the payment methods and credit card provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
